1. Go to the official India Post GDS Online Engagement portal.
2. Complete One-Time Registration (OTR) using your mobile number and email ID.
3. Login with registration number and password received via SMS/email.
4. Fill the online application form and select Division + post preferences.
5. Upload recent photograph and signature in required format.
6. Pay the application fee (if applicable) and submit the form.
