IBPS Clerk 2026 Notification will be released soon on the official website. The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially announced the exam dates for the IBPS Clerk 2026 recruitment. The Preliminary exams are scheduled for 10 & 11 October 2026, while the Mains exam will be held on 27 December 2026, as per the latest official calendar.
The IBPS Clerk exam is conducted annually by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection to recruit candidates for clerical positions across 11 public sector banks in India. The recruitment is conducted through the Common Recruitment Process (CRP). Currently, CRP Clerk is referred to as CRP-CSA (Common Recruitment Process for Customer Service Associates). For the financial year 2027–28, IBPS will conduct the Clerk exam for the 16th time, titled CRP-CSA XVI.
The exam is conducted in two stages: Preliminary and Mains. Candidates who qualify in both stages are selected for the post. There is no interview in the IBPS Clerk selection process.

Candidates must have a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized university or an equivalent qualification. Computer literacy is mandatory. Proficiency in the official language of the State/UT (reading, writing, speaking) is preferable.
Candidates should be between 20 to 28 years as on 01/08/2026. Candidates must be born not earlier than 02.08.1997 and not later than 01.08.2005 (both dates inclusive).
