For a tree,

Number of leaf nodes is

$n_0=1+\sum (i-1)n_i$

Here,

$n_1=4,\ n_2=3,\ n_3=3$

So,

$n_0=1+(1-1)n_1+(2-1)n_2+(3-1)n_3$

$=1+0(4)+1(3)+2(3)$

$=1+3+6$

$=10$

Therefore, the number of leaf nodes is $10$.
