Solution

Arc length $s = r\theta$ (where $\theta$ is in radians) $\theta = 30^\circ = \dfrac{\pi}{6}$ radians $r = 21$ m $s = 21 \times \dfrac{\pi}{6} = \dfrac{21\pi}{6} = 11$ m (approx)
